![]() ![]() When I pressed harder for an explanation he changed his story, and basically said that Buildium feels that they deserve to make more, because their competitors are getting more. This is the same rep who came to our office, and at least pretended to listen to our feedback and concerns (for the record that was 2 years ago and none were addressed). ![]() Often resorting to scripted "cliche" statements like "this isn't an easy conversation to have" and "we need this to keep improving our product based on our customer needs". While speaking to a Buildium representative, it was clear that he was not comfortable with the program. Recently we were informed of a 25% price increase cleverly disguised as "bundling packages" based on "customer feedback". Buildium seems to pride itself on customer feedback, but has never given any official recognition to our ideas and feedback. Regardless, as we've grown and taken on more out of state and international clients, we've received feedback on several issues which I believe are easy fixes. We chose Buildium because it's accounting platform was similar to our former system, and we felt it would make the transition easier. ![]() ![]() Coming from a computer based software it's been quite an upgrade. Buildium is good but two major price hikes and "gimmicky improvements" has changed the game ![]()
