Foreign celebrity Sarah Snookplays younger sister Siobhan, a increasing political operative (she's sort of on the good part of stuff) who regards her family with a haughty ethical and intellectual superiority, acting above the fray while refusing to acknowledge her complicity in her family's misdeeds. Culkin gets most of the show's zingers, and he tosses them out with a zippy backspin-ace amusing relief, slimy and harsh, but ugh, pretty, too. Some other than Cox, who can be genuinely frightening as the addled and gigantic Logan, the most famous face on the display is probably Kieran Culkinas Roman, the screw-up playboy of the four Roy kids. And props to HBO for employing interesting actors rather than huge brands for big-names' benefit. Armstrong'beds writing offers elegant chew, torrents of blustery talk peppered with oddball asides that have an Iannuccian band. So I'michael loathe to praise the present, though there is definitely plenty worth praising.
